Registration

Check-in 14:00, check-out before 11:00. Early check-in is subject to availability. If you plan to check-in before the check-in time, you will have to pay 50% of the room rate. If you leave later than the check-in time, i.e. after 11:00, you will have to pay 100% of the room amount. Early check-in (before 14.00) or late check-out (after 11.00) is available to guests only if the hotel is available and there are no requests for similar dates, and is paid according to the price list.

Cancelation Terms / Prepayment

Prepayment for accommodation is made within 2 days from the date of guaranteed reservation, 50% of the reservation price. In case of advance booking, the guest can cancel the room without penalty within 2 days from the date of guaranteed booking, otherwise the funds will not be returned to him, but will be placed on the hotel deposit, which he will be able to use within one year from the date of cancellation, provided the cancellation within 30 days or more before the date of check-in. For cancellations made 30 days or less prior to check-in date, the hotel is entitled to use the amount paid as a penalty for late cancellation.

Children and extra beds

Children (together with adults) under 5 years of age are not charged for accommodation (without an extra place in the room).

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the hotel rooms.
